FAQ's

  • Yes, we have an automatic emailing system. We will send a confirmation email that has a summary of your order and the amount paid. If you don’t see it after ten minutes, check your spam folder.

  • This means that the item is either on back-order or has been discontinued. If the item has been discontinued you will be contacted to switch the size, style and/or colour.

  • Orders have a typical processing time of 3 business days, but can take up to 7 depending on stock.

    Express Domestic by land – 3-5 business days.

    International

    Express International by air – 15 business days.
